In Construction Management we supervise all aspects of construction both internal and external. We also source, install, and debug filling/packaging lines, and process equipment. We also act as the General Contractor.
We examine and/or implement offshore sourcing, MRP, DRP, ERP systems, contract evaluations, and DOT compliance's.
We install & improve cGMP, IQ-OQ-PQ, SOP's and Protocols, and QS & ISO 9000 adherence.
